JCSU Online Financial Aid System

Log In Instructions
To access the online system,
New Users
- Click on First Time User.
- Verify your identity.
- You will be prompted to create three security questions and to change your Password.
- Create your password.
- Click submit.
*Please Note: The Web ID needed to enter the Net Partner account can be found on your Award Letter and/or Missing Information Letter. The Web ID is not the Student ID that is on your JCSU ID card. If you did not receive a Web ID or it needs to be reset, please email the Financial Aid Office at financialaid@jcsu.edu with your request and we will forward the information to you.
You must have a financial aid record already established at JCSU in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid available at www.studentaid.gov Enter our school code, 002936, on your application. After receiving the FAFSA information, if no additional documentation is required, students will receive an email directing them to view their awards on Net Partner.
